Internet Explorer will frequently display 'old' content pages that are stored on your hard drive instead of retrieving new ones from the internet.
This is a 'feature' of IE, used to display pages quickly. However, it is not compatible with dynamic content, such as database and journal information.

Click on Tools -> Internet Options
Click on Delete Files (under Temporary Internet Files)
Click OK
Click OK again to close the window
